◽Do not redistribute my art for profit unless you purchase a commercial license.
◽Do not claim it as your own.
◽Please credit me should you upload it (@LotusBunni/@LotusMoonBunni on twitter/tumblr/Toyhouse/etc.)
◽Do not use my work for any commercial purposes unless we have discussed otherwise and you have purchased the commercial license.
◽I reserve the right to refuse any commission of any type.
◽I reserve the right to cancel and refund your commission at any time.
◽I reserve the right to decline a full refund if work has already begun
◽I reserve the right to decline a refund if the reasons for the request are meant to cause harm towards me as an artist
◽ I reserve the right to post any art I create unless under contract/NDA. If you wish for me to not share the art. Make the request at the start of speaking with me.
◽ NO NFT OR AI USES OF MY ART WHAT SO EVERII. PAYMENT
◽All types of purchases must be fully paid off before unwatermarked version is given
◽I accept Ko-Fi donations (Paypal/Venmo) or direct Paypal payments. Adopts, custom merch, and commercial licensing must be paid through an invoice.
◽A commercial license will be 300% of the original price and credit is still required.
◽If a chargeback is filed, you relinquish rights to the work back to me and you will be blacklisted from future work with me.III. PROCESS
◽Multiple orders from the same person will count as multiple slots.
◽If I do not update you on your commission (queue communication, progress shots, etc) within 30 days after purchase, you may ask for a full refund.
↬◽If your commission is more complex (ie. includes background), more time may be necessary.
↬◽Tip art does NOT have a set time limit and no refund option. I will complete them when possible.
◽Custom merch is not permitted to refunds unless the product is never shipped. In that situation, you will only be refunded the manufacture price.
◽I will ask for any modifications only two times: after the sketch and final review.
↬◽Large changes are only allowed during the sketch stage. Otherwise, it will incur a fee.
↬◽After you have accepted the commission in the final review stage, you are no longer permitted to ask me for modifications at any point after.
◽If you send me a collection of images of random characters/aesthetics/irl images without actual art of the character or a solid idea for it, I will charge you for a custom. (See commission page for details)IV. ADOPTS
◽Do not reauction my adopts OR raffle them as any sort of prize.*
◽You may resell only if you for the price sold to you* any attempts to reauction my designs otherwise means you will be permanently blacklisted
◽Please do not resell the adopt for a higher profit unless it is accompanied by extra art (Non gift art). Only up to the price of the adopt otherwise means you will be blacklisted.
◽Unless you purchase commercial license, you are not allowed to use my art or the design for profit in any way.
◽You are not allowed to include my designs in games/comics/videos or other consumed media for profit unless we discuss royalty fees.
◽The design will be bought as -is- I will not make any modifications to the file on your behalf.
◽You may change or tweak the design as you please.
◽You may redesign a character from me. All I require is credit for the original design ON the redesign's Toyhouse page/first posting to a site. (for TH just list me as a designer on the redesign)
◽You can change any information the adopt came with, if any. UNLESS it is a former fursona for gender unless given written permission. No gender changes from blacklisted users on former fursonas.
◽ You may NOT sell my design to a minor
◽ Follow the rules of my blacklist or the design is relinquished back to me on a case by case basis (I.E Using commercially without a license or using my designs as a way to spread hate, being transphobic). You may be refunded for the design and/or additional paid for art. This goes for all future owners of my design. If your actions go against my TOS or Blacklist and result in you ending up on the blacklist.Blacklist HereTerms may be bound to change, so please
